At Airth Attire, we do not operate like fast-fashion brands that mass-produce thousands of identical garments. Instead, we believe in Slow Fashion. Every piece you order is freshly cut, stitched, and finished by our skilled artisans based entirely on your specific size and custom design requests.

Because your garment is created uniquely for your body and your stylistic preferences, we cannot accept general returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing selected during checkout.

This zero-waste approach allows us to maintain our commitment to sustainability and ensures that you receive a brand new, never-worn piece of clothing that hasn't been cycled through multiple return journeys.

Before your custom outfit leaves our workshop, it undergoes a strict 3-point quality inspection:

Exceptions: Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing defect, or if we have accidentally shipped you the wrong product, we are here to make it right.

How to report an issue:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
  2. Include clear photographs highlighting the defect or incorrect item.
  3. Keep all original tags attached and the garment unwashed/unworn.

Once verified by our team, we will arrange for a free replacement of the exact same garment or provide a suitable resolution.
