• No Returns: Because items are made specifically for you, custom stitched items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. Please see our Return Policy for details.
• Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
• Fabric Variance: As we use natural cotton, slight irregularities in weave or color are considered part of the fabric's authentic beauty and not a defect.
